- A: We are a direct lighting manufacturer located in Zhongshan, has been in the custom lighting industry with 15 years experience.
Q2: What certificates do you have?
- A: Our main markets are USA and Canada, all the lamps and mirror lights have UL/CUL, ETL/CETL certificates. Especially the led mirrors have UL/CUL for the whole mirror as a fixture, not only just the components.
Q3: Do you offer custom lamps?
- A: Yes, most of our lamps and lighted mirrors are customized as per clients' specification.
Q4: Do you have a MOQ?
- A: No MOQ required, whether it's guestroom lights or pulic space lights, you can always order from us.
Q5: What is your leadtime?
- A: Our standard leadtime is 6-8 weeks depending on the drawing and finish swatches approval.
Q6: Do you offer samples?
- A: Yes, since all the lighting and mirrors are tailor made we do provide samples to confirm.
Q7: What is your warranty?
- A: Our warranty is 2 years. If any defaults of the products, we will send replacements.
Q8: How is your package protection?
- A: Lamps are placed in thick foam templated in lamp shape, covered with foam at both top & bottom, then brown carton box. If shipment is in LCL, plywood crate or plywood box is required.
